We deliver nationally across Australia and provide several delivery options. Eligible delivery may vary depending on what you’re purchasing and the delivery location.

Shipping Timeframe from Supplier (3-10 business days)

Once your order is placed, we work with the supplier to confirm your order and ship your items to our warehouse. We’ll consolidate your order and it will be dispatched from our warehouse in Western Australia to you.

Standard Delivery (7-10 business days)

This service is referred to as Parcel Post and is a standard-priced option provided by our main delivery partner, Australia Post. The estimated delivery date will vary depending on where you live. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, but where a significant delay occurs we will notify you by email as soon as practicable.

You’ll be notified at every stage of the delivery process, and we’ll inform you as soon as your items are dispatched.

Regional and Remote Delivery

Deliveries to regional and remote areas may be subject to extended delivery timeframes and additional freight charges. Any applicable surcharges will be communicated to you prior to order confirmation.

Delivery Location

Standard delivery is to the ground floor of your nominated delivery address. Delivery to upper floors or specific locations within a premises requires prior agreement and may incur additional charges.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at the time of ordering. Redelivery costs resulting from an incorrect address will be charged to you.

Unattended Delivery

If no one is available to receive your delivery, the carrier may leave the goods in a safe location or return them to a depot. We accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to goods left unattended following a delivery attempt, unless the goods were left without authority. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or provide authority-to-leave instructions

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully before ordering. Change of mind returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery where the goods are in their original condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies to accepted change of mind returns and will be deducted from your refund. Custom-made or specially ordered items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrectly Described Goods

If your goods are faulty, unsafe, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law. No restocking fee applies to these returns, and nothing in our policies limits your statutory rights.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your goods arrive damaged, please report the damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing roy@galvins.com.au with your order number and photographs of the damage. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted. No claims for damage can be accepted after goods have been installed, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Unavailable Products

If a product is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. We will not substitute products without your explicit consent. You can choose to receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days, or select another item.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return being received and inspected, or of your order being cancelled.

Licensed Installation

For your safety, all plumbing and gas products purchased from Galvins must be installed by a licensed plumber or gas fitter. We accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from installation by unlicensed persons.
