Having Trouble Receiving Emails from Galvins Plumbing Supplies?
We’ve recently discovered that some customers using iiNet or Westnet email addresses are not receiving emails from our Accounts Department, including invoices and statements sent from acc.recievable@galvins.com.au
This issue is caused by your email provider blocking or rejecting our messages, not by Galvins Plumbing Supplies. We’ve already reported the problem to iiNet and Westnet, but since we’re not their customer, the case cannot be escalated further from our end.
POTENTIAL FIX
To ensure you continue receiving invoices and statements, follow these steps based on your situation.
1. If our emails are landing in Spam or Junk
Open your Spam or Junk folder.
Find any message from acc.recievable@galvins.com.au.
Select it and click Not Spam or Move to Inbox.
Add acc.recievable@galvins.com.au to your Contacts or Safe Senders list.
Future messages will go directly to your inbox.
IF OUR EMAILS ARE NOT FOUND AT ALL
If you’ve checked your Spam and Trash folders and still don’t see anything from us, the messages are likely being blocked before delivery.
Please follow these steps:
Add us as a Safe Sender manually
Add acc.recievable@galvins.com.au to your contacts list.
Add galvins.com.au to your safe senders or approved domains list (if your email service allows it).
Contact your email provider directly
Reach out to iiNet or Westnet support and request they “allowlist” or “unblock”
acc.recievable@galvins.com.au.Explain that legitimate business correspondence is not being delivered.
Provide an alternative email address
If your provider cannot resolve the issue, please consider utilising another email for billing correspondence (for example, Gmail, Outlook, or a business domain).
Send your updated billing email to acc.recievable@galvins.com.au or call your local Galvins branch.
WHY THIS MATTERS
When our emails are blocked, you may miss important billing communications such as invoices, statements, and account reminders.
Ensuring our email address is allowed will keep your account information up to date and avoid payment delays.
